THE BUIS is a stunning location situated in the western suburbs of Paris, conveniently close to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. Set within a magnificent 7000 m2 park, it boasts a forest area with ancient trees, meticulously manicured boxwood balls, topiary designs, and paths adorned with fruitful trees. A small river meanders through the trees, supplied by a picturesque waterfall. Adding to the charm is a large pool featuring a captivating statue, as well as a greenhouse where grapes hang suspended in time. We invite you to discover this enchanting place that is sure to leave an indelible memory. The premises are also equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a bowling alley for playing petanque, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and an old barn, all of which contribute to the romantic ambiance of the location.Included in our rates:
- Enjoy a delightful French breakfast.
- Access to the pool, complete with comfortable pillows and towels.
- Use of the clay tennis courts, weather permitting.
- Golf balls for your enjoyment.
- Full access to the park, forest, and all the charming corners it has to offer.
- Access to the pool during fairs and winter season.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept payment in cash or via bank transfer.
We offer three unique rental spaces for your accommodation needs:
- THE LOFT: This private area spans over 160 m2 and is suitable for 1-4 persons. It features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined), a spacious living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The flooring is warm and inviting, adorned with wood, seagrass, and tiles. Additionally, the loft is equipped with a television for your entertainment.
- The WHITE ROOM: Located on the first floor, this room offers a comfortable bed (160) and comes with a private bathroom, toilet, and television.
- The HOUSE: A separate building offering 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a television.
The general atmosphere exudes warmth, with natural materials and a color palette of moles, beige, and wood.
For your convenience, there is parking available in the courtyard of the town hall parking lot.

Une parenthèse magique !!!
Cette magnifique demeure dans son écrin de verdure aux arbres centenaires, avec ses bassins et fontaines, nous plonge dans un véritable livre d'histoire...Perdre la notion de temps et d'espace pendant quelques jours c'est ce qu' Anne et Pierre nous proposent.
Piscine, tennis, pétanque, SPA...que d'activités...mais nous retiendrons en premier lieu leur grande gentillesse, leur prévenance et leur disponibilité (sans oublier cette citronnade sublime...).

To reach THE BUIS, take the A13 followed by the N12 and then exit at Galluis - Yvelines. From there, continue towards Garancieres, and once in the city center, you will find THE BUIS located between the town hall and the church. Look for a large gate with a gray awning in an Alsatian style.
Directions by Train (40 minutes):
Take a train to Paris-Montparnasse train station and get off at Garancieres. We can arrange to pick you up at the station, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away.
