This charming and cozy studio is perfectly situated in the heart of Aix en Provence's historic center, in a pedestrian area. Located on the 2nd floor, it offers a peaceful atmosphere as it overlooks a courtyard and has a skylight. The studio features an entrance that leads to the living room with a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and 2 ceramic hobs. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a WC, sink, and shower. The double bed is located on a mezzanine, accessible by a ladder. The studio has beautiful floor tiles. Situated on a picturesque square (André Antonini), between Place Albertas, Place des 3 Ormeaux, and Place des Prêcheurs, it is conveniently close to the Town Hall. Everything is within walking distance, including numerous restaurants, shops, bars, markets, and museums. The Monopouvert, open until midnight, is only 30 meters away. The price per night includes all charges (EDF, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, etc.): from Monday to Thursday, it is 39 euros, and from Friday to Sunday, it is 49 euros. There is a cleaning fee of 15 euros. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. The weekly rate is 290 euros, and for one month, it is 650 euros. For a stay of 2 or 3 months, the rate is 590 euros per month.
