The apartment boasts a beautiful living room with 2 large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The open kitchen adds to the spacious feel of the apartment.
There are two large bedrooms, one measuring 15 m2 and the other 22 m2, both equipped with air conditioning and an office area. The beds in the bedrooms are Queen size and King size. The apartment also features a separate toilet and a bathroom.
Throughout the apartment, you will find traditional Tomettes flooring and a fireplace in each room, adding to the charm and character of the space. The high ceilings of 3.20 meters create a sense of openness and tranquility.
Ideal for accommodating four guests, the apartment also offers a convertible sofa in the living room, allowing for a total capacity of six guests.
The rates for this apartment range from 119 euros (Monday to Thursday) to 149 euros (Friday to Sunday) per night, inclusive of charges, sheets, and towels. For a week-long stay, the rate is 780 euros, and for a month-long stay, the rate is 2900 euros.
A cleaning fee of 45 euros is charged, regardless of the duration of your stay. Additionally, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
