This charming holiday cottage offers twin-lodgings for two people, with the possibility of accommodating up to four. Situated on the first floor, the cottage is made of clay and boasts a spacious room, kitchenette, bathroom, WC, mezzanine, and a beautiful garden. Pets are welcome to join your stay as well.Nestled in a tranquil oasis of greenery, the cottage is conveniently located just 200 meters away from shops and can be accessed via a lovely footpath. It is also only 2km away from a cinema, bowling alley, and other entertainment options. If you're in the mood for exploring, Rennes historical towns and Bécherel are just a short 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the breathtaking coastal destinations of Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
During the peak season of July and August, as well as holidays, the rate for a week-long stay is 300 euros, or 50 euros per night. Throughout the rest of the year, the rate is 180 euros per week. If you prefer a shorter stay, the cottage offers a rate of 35 euros per night from Monday to Friday, and 45 euros per night for weekends and holidays. These rates include the provision of sheets for your convenience.
