Experience a unique holiday in a charming cottage located in a peaceful environment surrounded by 14 acres of lush pastures and 20 magnificent Purebred Arabian horses. This idyllic retreat is conveniently situated just 5 minutes away from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde.

The cottage, spanning over 100 m2, offers a spacious and comfortable living experience. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room and dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as high-speed internet access. The living area opens onto a fenced terrace measuring 40 m2, complete with a beautiful garden. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, featuring modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. A toilet is also conveniently located on this floor.

Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms await, with one room featuring a luxurious queen-sized bed (160 cm) and the other two rooms equipped with comfortable double beds (140 cm). A bathroom with a refreshing shower completes this level. Private parking is available, and there is also the option of garage space. Rest assured, all linen will be provided for your convenience.

Access to the cottage is completely independent from the rest of the premises, ensuring privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.

Rates vary from 800 to 1300, depending on the selected period. There is also the possibility of bringing your own horse for a weekend getaway or participating in livestock internships.

Directions

Take exit 34 on the A9 motorway towards AGDE. Continue driving in the direction of AGDE-SETE for approximately 11 km. Once you reach the roundabout, take the exit towards Grau d'Agde. At the next roundabout, take the exit towards ROCHELONGUE. At the second roundabout, follow the sign for SAINT VINCENT. After about 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, located near the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Follow this road for approximately 400 meters.
