Located in the charming old town of Plouharnel, just a short distance from the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and the coastal path, you will find Laurent Vidal - a renowned sea photographer who invites you to experience a unique stay between the ocean and the beautiful Bay of Quiberon.

Situated on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead-end street that leads directly to the sea and the Bay of Quiberon, as well as the oyster farming sites of Kercroc, this exceptional guesthouse offers two comfortable and stylishly decorated rooms.

On the ground floor, you will find the reception area and a delightful breakfast area that opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning meal.

Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The first room, known as the "West" room, is a spacious attic accommodation that offers a peaceful atmosphere and a small view of the ocean and the bay. It features a luxurious "King size" bed (180x200) and its own bathroom facilities. Additionally, this room can accommodate an extra bed (90x200). The rates for the West room, which includes breakfast for two, range from 90 to 100 Euros per night, with an additional 30 Euros for the extra bed.

The second room, called the "East" room, consists of two interconnected bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom. It boasts a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and an additional single bed (90x200). The rates for the East room, including breakfast for two, range from 80 to 90 Euros per night, with an additional 30 Euros for the extra bed.

Please note that during the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations, while for the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is necessary.

Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel, just a short distance from the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and the coastal path (GR34). This beautifully furnished villa offers a minimum stay of 5 nights, allowing you to experience the best of both the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Situated on Rue de la Baie, a peaceful dead end street that leads directly to the sea and the Kercroc oyster farming yards, the villa is conveniently close to all amenities. Within walking distance, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, press, as well as a variety of restaurants and bistros.

The villa itself is classified as a 4-star accommodation, guaranteeing a high standard of comfort and quality. It is a separate dwelling from the guest rooms but is situated on the same property.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (50m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm), two of which have their own private bathrooms with WC and walk-in showers. The third bedroom has access to a bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

The villa boasts a heated swimming pool (28°C from March to October) with a depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 x 3.50m). The pool is covered by a retractable shelter, allowing you to swim even in mid-season when the shelter is closed (secured by a key and compliant with standard NF P 90-309). The terrace is equipped with comfortable sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining.

The enclosed garden ensures your privacy, and there is ample parking space for up to three vehicles, with the possibility of electric recharge from a normal outlet.

Please note that the accommodation is not currently equipped for people with reduced mobility.

The price includes all amenities such as bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, and taxes. The beds will be made upon your arrival for your convenience.

Additionally, depending on availability with the guest rooms, you may borrow a paddle, surfboard, kayak, or bikes.

You are welcome to choose your arrival day for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
