Located on the coast of Opal between Calais and Dunkerque, the Chambers of the High Wall offer a unique and charming stay in a converted 17th-century farmhouse. Combining modern amenities with authentic touches, these cottages provide the perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility. Situated on a one-hectare area filled with trees, guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.Conveniently located near beautiful sandy beaches such as Petit Fort Philippe and Grand Fort Philippe, as well as the Nature Reserve of the reef and beach of oye Ecardines, the port of Gravelines, and the historic ramparts, these cottages offer a prime location for exploring the surrounding area.
Each of the four cottages offers a unique and refined decor, combining the charm and authenticity of the farmhouse with modern conveniences. The spacious rooms feature a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with either an Italian shower tray or a large bathtub, a flat-screen TV, and wireless internet. Additionally, there are separate toilets and a mezzanine sitting area with the possibility of an extra bed. Each room is named after its distinctive characteristics - "Romantic," "Charm," "Authentic," and "Ivy."

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits en juin 2015 en chambre authentique qui était joliement décoré. Les draps étaient une douceur hyper agréable. Le lit confortavle , belle salle de bain. Le cadre intérieur et extérieur très sympa, bien entretenu. La maitresse de maison est très très agréable, le petit dej, pain, viennoiserie, beurre confiture, fromage de chèvre frais provenant dune ferme se trouvant pas très loin a audruicq.
Juste parfait. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le castré ni par les hôtes ni par votrenchambre nous avons eut la chance de voir les 3 autres chambres, et franchement elles ont toutes leur petit olus , belle déco, on voit qu'il y a eut de la recherche et du temps pour plaisir aux voyageurs. Bref on a adoré. ( les marseillais)
