Description for B&B:
Ghislaine and Eric warmly welcome you to their charming B&B, a historic presbytery dating back to 1764. As you arrive, you'll be captivated by the stone building and its picturesque dovecote, as well as the stunning alley of cedar trees. Eric recently renovated this characterful presbytery while preserving its authentic Gascony charm with the use of traditional materials. Your spacious and bright room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure peaceful nights. The blend of old and modern creates a beautiful balance, providing a cozy cocoon with a large 160/200 cm bed.For those staying in the SUITE bedroom, there is a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth person, and a sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth or sixth person. Each room has a private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC. If needed, a folding cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Our sheets and towels are changed at least twice a week. On our sunny terrace, you can indulge in a breakfast made with locally sourced products, carefully selected with love and attention. The guest house is set in a delightful environment, with a 4-hectare wooded park offering magnificent views of the gentle Gers hills. You can also enjoy our sunny swimming pool, a tranquil spot for relaxation and sunbathing after a swim.
"Arpentian" is surrounded only by deer and squirrels frolicking in sunflower, wheat, or rapeseed fields. We have preserved the authenticity of this place with its ancient boxwood and a majestic cedar tree that has graced the grounds for over 250 years, providing a shaded oasis for your relaxation. We also have a TV library lounge area where you can unwind. In addition, we provide leaflets with a wide range of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golf, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wine tasting, visits to castles, markets, and restaurants, among others.
