This independent small house is perfect for a group of 4 people. With 2 spacious rooms that include TV and web access, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, everyone will have their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, vitroceramics, electric ovens and microwaves.Situated on a stunning property of 9 hectares of vineyards, you can enjoy a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the sea and the Bandol beaches just 9 km away. Despite the serene location, you are only 4 km away from shops and amenities.
For entertainment, there is a playground with activities such as badminton, table tennis, balls and a swing. You can also relax on the shaded terrace while enjoying a barbecue. The shared pool, located 50 meters behind the house, is protected and will be shared with the neighboring rental (maximum of 6 people). Don't worry about privacy as each rental has its own entrance, furniture for relaxation and shaded arbor.
Overall, this charming house offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, surrounded by nature and with easy access to nearby attractions.

Directions
When traveling on the motorway from Aix to Provence or Marseille, head towards Toulon. Once you see the signs for Cassis, La Ciotat, and St Cyr on the sea, take the exit and continue towards "Le Castellet, Le Beausset." From there, follow the signs towards "Le Beausset-vieux" for a distance of 4 km.
