If you are coming from the North, you should take exit 7 of the A83 and continue for 15km on the D137 in the direction of Marans / La Rochelle. Once you reach Moreilles, you will come across a roundabout located on a channel. Drive across the roundabout and after 200m, make a left turn at the base of a cliff. The entrance to the property will be on your left, about 300m further ahead.
For those coming from the South, take the D137 towards Nantes. Along the way, you will pass through Marans and Sableau, and eventually come across the Chaille marshes. After leaving the village, drive for about 1.3km and then make a right turn. The entrance to the property will be on your left, about 300m further ahead.
