The fully restored and furnished Chaouen Farm offers a spacious and inviting space for vacations, gatherings, and family reunions throughout the year. The ground floor, which can be rented separately, features a generous living room, a games room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a sauna for two people, and a separate toilet. Comfortably accommodating 5-8 people, this level provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

For larger families or groups of friends, a staircase leads to additional levels with 1, 2, 6, or more rooms. These flexible accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 12 people, with a bathroom and toilet conveniently located on the upper floor.

The cottage also boasts a hidden and enclosed patio, complete with a sheltered terrace equipped with patio heaters. Here, you can soak up the sun on the lush lawn, take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool with its charming wood siding (accessed by a secure removable ladder), and make use of two barns - one for parking cars and motorcycles, and the other for hosting parties and events with friends.
