Gite Description: Rent an upscale cottage located in the historic center of Colmar, known as the "Dock of the Fish". This charming apartment, measuring 40 m², features a spacious 23m² bedroom and can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment is housed in a typical 16th-century building with exposed beams and large windows, giving it a unique character. It was renovated in April 2012 and includes parking facilities.Location: Situated just 100 meters away from the Koifhus Christmas market (Old Customs House site) and 10 meters from the picturesque Little Venice, this apartment offers the best location in the city. It is also conveniently close to the Market Hall, a 20-minute walk from the train station, 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts, and 20 minutes from the renowned Golf Ammerschwihr.
Accommodation: This bright and quiet apartment spans 40 m² and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage space, and a kitchen that combines modern amenities with traditional Alsatian design. It offers a beautiful view of the Covered Market and Little Venice and is equipped with gas heating.
Facilities: The apartment includes two beds measuring 90X190, treated with anti-mite treatment. High-quality sheets, woven by a master weaver from Alsace, are provided. The bathroom features a bath-shower and a sink, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with branded appliances, including a refrigerator, an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, an oven, a coffeemaker, and a kettle. It also includes coordinated and beautiful crockery, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a smoke detector, a coffee table, and a dining table for four people. Additionally, there is a TV and a mini sound system with a USB socket for playing music from your iPod. The decoration throughout the apartment is meticulously done, providing a visually pleasing environment. Linen, coffee, and cleaning products are supplied, and a foldable baby bed is available. A smoke detector is also installed for safety.
Pricing: During the Christmas markets from November 23 to December 31, as well as in July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros, including expenses and sheets, with parking included. In the months of January, February, October, November (until the beginning of the Christmas markets), the weekly rate is 350 euros, including charges, sheets, and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay, the rate is 170 euros. In the months of March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros, including sheets and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay, the rate is 190 euros. Nightly rentals are available for 70 euros, excluding June, July, August, September, and December. The price of parking is included in all rates.
Additional Offer: Anne also offers a second gite measuring 95m² with 3 bedrooms, located just 50 meters from this cottage. It is possible to rent both lodgings, accommodating a total of 10 people.
