With a capacity of 12 people and 3 young children (with adapted beds), it offers 5 rooms and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The cottage is attached to a renovated convent but is completely independent, ensuring privacy for guests.Situated in the village center, the property boasts a tranquil 2500 m2 garden and is close to local shops. It is well-equipped with modern appliances and offers a comfortable and spacious living environment. Recognized as a 3-star lodging by the Prefecture, it meets high standards of quality.
For those interested in exploring the region, the cottage is conveniently located near major attractions. The highway to Lannion is only 1 km away (22 km), while the beautiful beaches of Perros-Guirec are 25 km away. Guingamp is also within easy reach at 13 km, and the charming town of Bégard, with its water park, is just 4 km away.
The weekly rental rates are as follows:
- July/August: 990 euros
- May/June/September: 790 euros
- Rest of the year: 690 euros
Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people, with the option to accommodate up to 12 people using the sofa bed. Beyond 12 people, there is the possibility of adding 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, free of charge. However, guests using these mattresses must bring their own sheets or sleeping bags and towels. The maximum capacity of the property is 15 people.
For groups of 12 to 15 people, an additional fee of 8 euros per person per day will be added to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the total stay is required. Additionally, a local tax of 0.50 euros per person per day (for individuals aged 13 and above) is applicable from September 1 to September 30.
The rental prices include both bed linen and bathroom towels. Outside of school holidays, the host is happy to accommodate guests for weekend or short stays. A 2-night weekend stay for 12 people is priced at 410 euros, with each additional night costing 175 euros.
