We offer a delightful, fully equipped air-conditioned studio in the secure and peaceful "Village Viva" private residence. With a spacious 10m pool, this is the perfect place for a dream holiday. Our studio is conveniently located near all amenities, including beautiful beaches and the "CORA" shopping center, which boasts over 33 shops, restaurants, a bar and golf sports.

Situated opposite the Marina Pointe-à-Pitre, separated by the inlet, our studio is on the 1st floor, offering stunning views of the pool and the sea. In the evening, you'll be enchanted by the colorful play of lights and can indulge in a delicious fish broth at one of the various restaurants, such as our very own "La Route du Rhum".

Located in the renowned area of Bas-du-Fort, just a short distance from Pointe-à-Pitre, BDF (Bas du Fort) gets its name from Fort Fleur d'Épée, which dominates the heights of this picturesque region. BDF is particularly famous for its panoramic views. As a major tourist center, there are several hotels along the peninsula, where Village Viva is situated. Along the roadside, you'll find a vibrant collection of restaurants, bars, and clubs, making BDF a lively and exciting place to be.
