LHERMEREL proudly stands on the site of Gefosse castle, surrounded by picturesque pastures. This charming place offers the opportunity to explore its exquisite little gothic chapel from the 15th century and the circular dovecote, which showcases the privilege of bygone days with its numerous pigeon niches. Additionally, L’ Hermerel is an authentic fortified working dairy farm, where our esteemed guests' children will delight in meeting cows and calves.

Breakfast is served in our dining room, reminiscent of a bygone era, featuring a walk-in stone fireplace, a hanging copper kettle, a rustic beamed ceiling, and antique farmhouse furniture. You will relish the opportunity to savor a traditional French baguette accompanied by a wide selection of freshly baked breads, homemade cake, fruit juice, homemade jams, the renowned butter of Isigny, cereals, cheese, and your choice of beverage.
