This Bed & Breakfast establishment is located within the charming 19th-century home of the owners. Previously operating as a café, hotel, and restaurant, it now offers two cozy rooms on the first floor. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in either a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom or a twin bedded room. Additionally, there is a large conservatory available for guests to unwind, read, play board games, or even use as a dining area. All necessary crockery, cutlery, a fridge, and a microwave are provided for the convenience of the guests. The property also boasts an enclosed parking area, a lovely garden, and a patio. To reach Reffannes, you can follow the D938 road, which lies between Parthenay to the north (12 kms) and St Maixent lEcole to the south (16 kms). If you're coming from the east, Poitiers is located 40 kms away, while Niort is 40 kms to the south. The house is conveniently situated next to the Post Office on "Rue de la Poste," right at the crossroads of the D131 and the D938.
