It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, and the main roads are easily accessible.Adjacent to the renowned Bernardaud porcelain factory, LÉphémère is an independent house separate from the owners' residence. It overlooks a beautiful garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast if the weather permits. The surrounding street is quiet and offers ample parking space, while public transportation, specifically Line 8, conveniently passes by.
The guest house itself spans 35m² and is entirely dedicated to the tenants during their stay. As the host of LÉphémère, I am delighted to welcome guests throughout the year. Being a guide-lecturer, I am well-suited to introduce you to the charms of Limoges and its surrounding region. I am happy to offer advice and recommendations for your activities based on your preferences and needs.

I will provide you with all the necessary information to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, whether you wish to embark on scenic hikes, explore historic sites, or discover local artistry.
In addition to holiday stays, LÉphémère is also an ideal accommodation option for visiting professionals such as trainees or sales representatives.
