I have a private room available for rent, measuring 13 sq m. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a short 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The room is separate from the main house and has its own entrance. It opens up to a furnished and sunny terrace, providing a peaceful environment in the city center. There is also a free parking space available for your convenience. The bathroom and toilets are shared with other guests. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV and linen supplies are provided. Please note that pets are not allowed.
