Situated just 15 minutes southeast of Clermont-Ferrand and a mere 5 minutes from the Zenith and the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, this location is perfect for exploring the region's main attractions, all within an hour's reach.
Once you pass through the gate, you will immediately be enchanted by the charm of MAISON 1780. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the former winemaker farm, dating back to the 18th century, has been fully restored in 2017, offering you a peaceful haven and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The three bedrooms, named "BERRY," "POLLEN," and "POTIRON," along with a spacious family suite, are located on the first floor, all opening onto a delightful garden adorned with fig trees, lilacs, lavenders, rosemary, and oleander. Each room is designed to create a serene ambiance with soothing colors, ensuring utmost comfort and tranquility during your stay.
The interior of the house harmoniously combines modern and traditional elements, showcasing volcanic lava stone staircases and slabs, old fireplaces, lime-washed timber-framed walls, original oak floors, vaulted ceilings, and classic French tomettes. The blend of period furniture, designer pieces, and cherished objects creates an inviting "family home" atmosphere.
Guests have access to spacious common areas, including a dining room and living room, while the surrounding hills beckon for leisurely strolls. If you prefer relaxation, you can unwind on a lounger in the shade of the fig trees or on the terrace after a day of exploring the region's treasures.
