Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, this spacious 84 m² house is available for weekly rental. It comfortably accommodates 6-8 people and is situated at an altitude of 1100m, offering stunning views of the church, Cantal, and Sancy.The house is conveniently close to the Tour d'Auvergne, where you'll find a range of shops including a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper shop, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and producers of cold cuts and cheeses.
There are plenty of nearby attractions and activities to enjoy. Just 600m away is a beautiful swimming lake, classified with a Blue Flag. If you're a fan of winter sports, you'll be pleased to know that there are several ski resorts within easy reach, including LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), and SUPER BESSE (30 min). For those seeking relaxation, there are also spas in LA BOURBOULE (15 min) and MONT DORE (20 min). Additionally, the area is perfect for hiking, with a variety of trails, waterfalls, and lakes to explore.
The ground floor of the house features a comfortable living room with a large table, benches, and chairs. There is also a cantou with cupboards and a wardrobe for storing jackets and ski suits, as well as space to store skis. The living room includes a seating area with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa that can accommodate an extra 2 people, a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, and ample storage space. All crockery is provided. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a washbasin on a cupboard with two drawers, and a shower. There is a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed in each, and one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds. Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
The chalet is non-smoking and pets are allowed, subject to certain conditions.
Prices vary depending on the season. In high season (Christmas and February/March school holidays, and July/August school holidays), the weekly rate is 550 Euros. In mid-season (May/June and September), the rate is 450 Euros per week. In low season (the rest of the year), the rate is 350 Euros per week. Weekend stays of 2 nights are available out of season for 250 Euros. There is also a spa package available for 800 Euros for a 3-week stay. Tourist tax is charged at 0.7 Euros per person per day, with children under 18 exempt from this fee.
