Welcome to the picturesque area of Bruille Saint Amand, where the charming Le Spartiate cottage sits on a beautiful one-hectare land. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a spacious car park.Step inside the cottage and be captivated by the inviting living room. Here, you will find a stunning kitchen complete with a magnificent piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source in winter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room furnished with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a lounge area where you can unwind and admire the breathtaking landscape.
Connected to the main room, you will discover a meeting room, ideal for accommodating up to 16 people. This versatile space can also be utilized for larger private events, with a minimum requirement of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for weddings, for example.
On the opposite side of the cottage, you will find four rooms, each accommodating four people with four single beds adorned with high-quality mattresses. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, and there are also four toilets available for your convenience.
Take advantage of the large terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, to bask in the sun and soak up the tranquil ambiance.
The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people. Please note that the rental of the meeting room is an additional cost of 190 units, applicable for gatherings of more than 20 people but less than 45 people.
For your convenience, a final cleaning service is available, starting from 75 units.
In the village, you will find various shops including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy, ensuring your essential needs are within reach.

DIRECTIONS FROM LILLE TO SPARTIATE

GPS Coordinates: 3.52605400 longitude, 50.44637500 latitude
1. Head towards Valenciennes.
2. Take Exit No. 4 for Saint-Amand Thermal. (If this exit is closed, take Exit No. 6, go under the highway, and take the exit for Saint Amand Waters.)
3. From Exit No. 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn and pass a railway track until you reach a stop.
4. Turn right.
5. At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.
6. Continue on the road "roundabouts".
7. Pass by Leclerc and The Pasino.
8. Keep going through several roundabouts.
9. At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right. (If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Make a U-turn and turn left.)
10. Continue towards Condé sur Escaut.
11. Drive for approximately 4 km before reaching Bruille Saint Amand.
12. From the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. There will be a sign for The Spartiate (the road bends in front of the town hall).
13. You will then arrive in Odomez.
14. At this point, take the second right at a small square. (If you enter the forest, you have gone too far.)
15. You have reached the street.
16. Continue almost to the end, and you will see the Spartan cottage below on your right.
