For over five decades, this family home has remained hidden from view, offering a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. Throughout the years, it has been lovingly restored, respecting the authenticity of the old stones and materials. Stephan and Julia warmly welcome guests, creating a convivial atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the various spaces available to you, whether you wish to relax alone or with your family. The five elegant rooms, accommodating 2 to 3 persons each, and one double room for 4 to 5 persons, all come with private showers or baths and toilets. These spaces are decorated with simplicity, delicacy, and elegance, creating an enchanting ambiance. The house features a spacious living room with two fireplaces, a cozy salon for games and reading, a music corner with a piano and other instruments, summer and winter dining rooms, an internet room with wifi, a large terrace, a park, and a soon-to-be-completed swimming pool (anticipated for summer 2007). Within the property, you will find shaded parking and a covered garage. La Bichonnière is conveniently located near numerous tourist sites, including Vézelay, the Pontigny Abbey, the Guédélon, Saint Fargeau, and Ratilly castles. It is also in close proximity to an Adventure Park, the Colette museum, Saint-Amand en Puisaye known for its pottery, and the Boutissaint Park with its wildlife. After exploring the surroundings of Toucy, the town of Pierre Larousse, you can refresh yourself with a swim or engage in various water sports at the Bourdon Lake.
