Situated 15 km away from the Zoo Parc de Beauval (approximately 15-20 minutes), 9 km from the Valencay Castle, and just 45 minutes away from the most magnificent castles of the Loire, an old barn has been fully renovated to offer you three welcoming bedrooms.The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, is ideal for two people and features a comfortable 140x190 bed, along with a private bathroom equipped with a sink, a spacious walk-in shower (90 cm), and a toilet.
Upstairs, there is a spacious "family" room that can accommodate up to four guests. This room comprises a luxurious 160x200 bed and two cozy 90x200 beds. Additionally, it has its own private bathroom fitted with a sink, a shower (90 cm), and a toilet.
The third bedroom, also located upstairs, is suitable for three people. It offers a comfortable 160x200 bed and a single 90x190 bed. The private bathroom attached to this room includes a sink, a shower (90 cm), and a toilet.
Guests can make use of the common room, which is equipped with a kitchen and can be utilized in the evenings. The property also boasts a terrace and private parking for your convenience.
