You will find yourself just 200 meters away from the magnificent Eiffel Tower on the second floor of a quaint building that unfortunately does not have an elevator. This cozy apartment offers a single double room for your stay. The room boasts beautiful Venetian stucco walls with a unique ethnic touch. It is a simple and discreet space, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The windows overlook the inner courtyard and are in need of renovation. Additionally, a cot is available for families with a small child. If you wish to explore Paris by Night, the owner even offers a babysitting service.

Enjoy free internet access and make unlimited calls to landline phones worldwide. The room is stocked with complimentary coffee, teas, and herbal teas. Small dogs are also welcome to stay. Your host will be an Italian-American lady with three children, born in 1997, 2002, and 2004. Breakfast will be served at the family table, either with or without the family depending on the schedule. The entire household is fluent in French and Italian, while the owner is also proficient in English and can communicate in German.

This is the perfect location to explore Paris, with convenient access to buses and the owner's personal favorite mode of transportation, bicycles.
