The house and its amenities:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils. There is a dining room and a lounge with a flat screen TV, HD DVD movies, and a player. Enjoy meals at the table in the enclosed private garden. There is one bedroom on the ground floor that sleeps two, and two bedrooms on the first floor that can accommodate one or two people each. There is a private toilet and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Bed linens and towels are available upon request (for environmental reasons, only for short stays).

We offer the option of bed and breakfast, half board, or full board. Here are some sample prices:
- Breakfast: 8 euros
- Dinner: 20 euros
- Plate meal or picnic basket: 15 euros (drinks included).

This tranquil location serves as an excellent place to begin your walks, bike rides, and donkey excursions. The area is surrounded by a river, making it an ideal spot for our fishing enthusiast friends. Moreover, it is easily accessible, just a few minutes away from the A26 motorway (Paris-Belgium), specifically the Berck Beach exit. Additionally, there is ample parking available both inside and outside the property.
