We offer a total of five rooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms and one with a private shower room conveniently located across the hall. Our guest rooms have all been recently renovated to the highest standard, featuring top-quality bedding and furniture. Each room is equipped with a TV DVD combo, a hospitality tray, and a hair dryer. Additionally, we provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Our bath and shower rooms have also been recently refitted to meet the highest standards. If you're feeling hungry, we offer a range of delicious home-cooked evening meals upon request, including local specialties such as Cumberland sausage, followed by the renowned Cartmels sticky toffee pudding.

Our lounge bar provides a comfortable atmosphere with cozy seating and a warm log burning fire. You'll find a selection of beers, wines, and spirits to choose from. Guests are welcome to enjoy our patio area, which is accessible from both the lounge and dining rooms, whenever weather conditions permit.

Your safety is important to us, which is why we have installed a fire alarm system that fully complies with Cumbria fire service regulations. Lastly, please note that we are a strictly no smoking establishment.
