Our B&B, "La Maison Lutz," is perfectly situated in the heart of this captivating region, forming a triangle between Toulouse, Montauban, and Albi, three of the most important cities in the area. To the north of our establishment, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, or motorbiking in the lush foothills of the Tarn River. Discover picturesque villages, vineyards, and be enchanted by the breathtaking sunflower fields in July. We are conveniently located near two renowned vineyards, the "Fronton" and the "Gaillac."
To the south, just 1 km away, lies the serene Tarn River. Here, you can leisurely stroll along the river shore, indulge in fishing, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a thrilling canoeing adventure.

The Lutz house is located at 14 rue de la Croix Blanche, 31340 Bondigoux, which is 27 km from Toulouse. It is situated at the intersection of D22 and D61, right in front of the Otoulousain grocery store-restaurant. The GPS coordinates for the location are Latitude: 43.8359273 and Longitude: 1.542163.
If you are traveling by car from Toulouse or Montauban, you can take the A62 and exit at exit 11. Follow the signs for Cepet / Villemur-sur-Tarn. Once you reach Villemur, cross the suspension bridge and continue following the Tarn river for about 4 km.
Alternatively, if you are coming from Toulouse or Albi, you can take the A68 and exit at exit 4. Then, take the D22 and follow the signs for Bessieres, Villemur-sur-Tarn. Cross the bridge over the Tarn river and continue towards Bondigoux / Layrac on the D22a.
If you prefer to travel by train, you can arrive at the Montauban Villebourbon (82), Toulouse (31), Saint-Sulpice (81), or Montastruc la Advisor (31) stations. There may be a possibility of taking a shuttle for an additional fee.
If you are coming by plane, you can arrive at the Toulouse Blagnac airport (31). There may be a shuttle service available for an extra charge.
Lastly, if you prefer to take the bus, you can take the Arc-en-Ciel bus on line 55 from Toulouse to Villemur.
