Description for B&B:
The Great Doudou is a family guesthouse that can accommodate 2-6 people without the need for separate rooms. There is an adjoining room available for two people with a private bathroom. This room is strictly non-smoking.The guesthouse features a spacious living room with a reading area and a cozy fireplace, as well as two twin beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate and independent.
Up in the attic loft, there is a charming sleeping area with two twin beds separated by curtains in soothing shades. The decoration throughout the guesthouse is a combination of antique and contemporary furniture made from quality materials.
Tea and coffee facilities are provided, along with a refrigerator. Guests also have access to WIFI. The entrance to the guestroom is separate from the main house, and a private garden area with a table, chairs, and sunbeds is available for relaxation. Only the sounds of birds, rustling leaves, and the occasional cicada melody will disturb your peaceful naps.
During the autumn season, the picturesque landscapes with their reddish ocher hues offer a delight for poets. Guests can also venture out to collect mushrooms, nuts, and chestnuts while walking on countless piles of fallen leaves.
In winter, when the snow blankets the surroundings, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on two beautiful estates located just 8 km from the guesthouse. Toboggan runs, a mini ski slope with a ski lift for young children, and two snow buoy tracks for older kids are also available.
In spring, as nature awakens, guests can take advantage of the marked biking trails (green, blue, red, black), go hiking, play a round of golf at the nearby 18-hole course (only 10 minutes away), try their hand at a via ferrata (15 minutes away), go tree climbing (just 5 minutes away), or explore local crafts.
The whole family, including our pets named Pompon, Lolita, Snowflake, Dora, and Idée Fixe, are excited to welcome you to this haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Pilat Regional Park. You can also join us for an evening meal and savor the flavors of nature's bounty.

Directions
When you leave Bourg Argental, travel for 2.5 km. After a turn with a speed limit of 50 km/h, take the road on the left that goes below Argental. Continue driving for two kilometers and you will pass the farm of Faurie. After another 800m, take the path on your left called The Boisdelles. Go uphill and you will have arrived at your destination!
After passing the Republic, you will reach the inn of large wood. Instead of continuing on the road, take the Holy Savior path in front of you that leads into the woods. Follow this path for 6 km. Once you reach the "Pras," take a hairpin road on the left. Travel for 2.7 km and then take the path on the right called The Boisdelles. Go uphill and you have arrived.
