- The two main entrances to the main shrines are one-way streets that change every 15 days.
- From the city center, from the 1st to the 15th of the month, take Rue de la Grotte.
- From the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month, take Boulevard de la Grotte.
- Before arriving, check the direction of flow on the day of arrival.
By bus:
- Bus shuttles are available from the station (Citybus).
- Shuttles run every 15 minutes.
- Choose one or two lines to the Grotto - Hotel - Station (available from Easter to October).
- Price: 1.20 euros per person (one way)/2.20 euros per person (round trip).
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (extended to 10:30 PM in July and August).

- Parking areas and private parking for vehicles near the Sanctuary.
- Paying covered parking lots: Municipal Parking Peyramale (Peyramale Place, downtown) and Municipal Parking Merlasse (Bishop Schoepfer Avenue, near the sanctuaries).
