The Sévigné House is a magnificent 19th-century manor located across from the thermal baths of Bagnères-de-Luchon, a charming town nestled in the heart of the Pyrenean Mountains. Originally known as "Buen Retiro" and constructed between 1852 and 1855, this grand estate was once home to Charles II, the esteemed King of Etrurie and Sovereign of Parma, Italy.After undergoing recent renovations, this impressive manor now offers five luxurious rooms that seamlessly blend antique furnishings with modern comforts. Guests have the option to enjoy delectable meals at the manor, but reservations are required. Each room is equipped with either a bath or a shower with jets, as well as a television and high-speed mobile internet (WiFi). Additionally, guests can relax in the lounge, which features a library and a cozy fireplace that opens onto a terrace overlooking the beautiful park.
The staff at Sévigné House is fluent in English and German, ensuring that guests from various backgrounds feel welcome. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises.

Directions
To reach our manor, follow these travel directions: Take Exit 17 on highway A64 towards "Luchon Montréjeau" (45km). Upon reaching Luchon, continue in the direction of "Superbagnères." Our manor is located at the end of the thermal baths park, between the Superbagnères road and the street leading to St Mamet.
