Located in the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, a short distance south east of Orleans and north of Sancerre, our charming guest house is conveniently situated just 150 km south of Paris (an hour's drive from Fontainebleau). Situated on the banks of the Loire River, between Gien, known for its bone china factory, and Briare, famous for its canal bridge, our property offers 2 rooms, 2 suites, and 2 gites for your accommodation needs.

Surrounded by a beautiful park, adorned with ancient trees, our separate guest house was built in the 18th century and completely renovated in 2001. We are proud to have a stunning old "Mansart" style manor house standing nearby. With independent car parks and entrances, you will enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please.

As our esteemed guests, you are welcome to explore and relax in our expansive 7-acre park, which features serene seating areas, tables, outdoor games for children, and tennis and table-tennis facilities. A private path, just 300 metres away, provides easy access to the Loire River, perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides.

For your convenience, we offer additional services such as baby-sitting, bike rentals, and a warm welcome to your beloved pets (with certain restrictions). Please note that our guest house is a non-smoking establishment.

The price per night for a room starts at 64 Euros for 2 people and includes a delicious breakfast. For single-night stays, there is a supplement of €10. If you choose to stay for 4 nights or more, you will receive a 10% discount (further details can be found on our website).

Description for Gite

Located on the ground floor of a charming, traditional Loire Valley house, this cozy 40m2 apartment is perfect for a maximum of 2 guests. With its own private entrance, the apartment boasts three windows that overlook the park, providing beautiful views to the east and south.

Inside, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), as well as a living room furnished with authentic Louis-Philippe antique furniture. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is an extra single bed (90x190cm) available. The apartment also features a small, yet private en-suite shower room and toilet.

To cater to your culinary needs, there is a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary utensils and dishes. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience.

Step outside into your own private garden, complete with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck-chairs. Additionally, you will have direct access to the Loire River via a private lane. If you're in the mood for a workout, you can also enjoy access to a shared fitness room.

Laundry facilities are available upon request, including washing and drying services, with soap provided. Parking is available on the estate.
