Room 2 is situated on the garden side and offers a spacious double bed (180/200), a bathroom with a bathtub, WC, WIFI, and a terrace.
Room 3 is an attic room with one single bed (90/200) and one double bed (180/200). It has a bathroom with a shower, WC, and ADSL. This room is particularly spacious.
We provide a high chair and a baby cot upon request.
There is a common room on the ground floor for breakfasts, and a living room on the upper floor.
Reserved parking is available in the large farmyard for our guests.

Welcome to our charming holiday cottage (Gîte Rural) with a 3-ear rating, located on a peaceful farm in a tranquil hamlet. Situated just 6 km away from the magnificent Orléans forest and only an hour's drive from the bustling city of Paris, our location is ideal for exploring the enchanting Chamerolles castle. Conveniently located just 9 km from Martinatrap, with easy access from Exit 7 of A19, our cottage is nestled between the picturesque towns of Neuville-aux-bois (4km) and Montigny (2km). Additionally, we offer a horse box available for rent at a rate of 20 per day.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans les chambres du rez Côté cour et Côté jardin.
Tout était impecable; la déco, les aménagements et la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Les propriétaires; très disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire visiter leur exploitation et de nous donner un foule d'explications sur leurs activités (ferme céréalière et élevage de chevaux).
Vraiment parfait, à recommander.

Directions

Access Route: Take the N20 and turn left at Artenay. Then, take a left at Artenay D97 towards Orleans - Stamps. Continue until you reach Neuville-with-wood, following the signs for Montigny and Martinatrap, which is approximately 3km away. Alternatively, you can take the N152 towards Orleans - Pithiviers. Turn left at Montigny and follow the signs for Neuville-with-wood and Martinatrap, which is only 2km away.

If you are coming from the Autoroute A19, take exit N°7 for Pithiviers/Neuville-aux-bois.

For those using the SNCF railway, the nearest station is Orleans Aubrais.
