The entire house has been renovated and furnished to a high standard, offering guests something truly special. The interior has a contemporary and uncluttered feel, tastefully furnished with original features and beautiful wood flooring throughout.

There are six lovely bedrooms to choose from, with 5 of them having private shower/bathrooms. Additionally, one of the ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. The house also boasts a private garden and dining terrace with views of the open countryside and meadows filled with buttercups. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a dining table.

Conveniently located in the picturesque village of St Germain les Belles, just 30 minutes south of the city of Limoges, the house is surrounded by great local shops, restaurants, historic buildings, and winding lanes along a family-friendly swimming lake with a bar and restaurant. Limousin is often referred to as the "frenchies Lake District" and offers some of the most unspoilt and natural landscapes in France. Lakes and country walks through rolling hills and forests are easily accessible, allowing guests to experience the slow pace of life and rural French culture.

A previous family who stayed at the cottage had a memorable holiday and praised its location in a lovely village with amenities, while still feeling like you're in the middle of the countryside. They described the cottage as extremely well-equipped, clean, and spacious, making it the best accommodation they've had for a family holiday. They highly recommend it and plan to return. Another guest had a very interesting and comfortable five-night stay, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, great weather, and glorious countryside.
