Located in a peaceful and secluded countryside setting, this independent 18th-century farmhouse is the perfect retreat for up to six adults. Situated just 12 km from Pompadour and surrounded by the stunning Vézère valley, this charming property offers easy access to the Limousin, Périgord, and Quercy regions. Nestled within a picturesque farmland property, the farmhouse enjoys a sunny aspect and is surrounded by rolling meadows and woods. The expansive 2000 m2 garden is securely enclosed with sheep wire net and wood bars. Inside, the farmhouse boasts a total living area of 115 m2, all conveniently located on the garden level. The inviting living room features exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed for two, and a traditional fireplace known as a "cantou." There is also a spacious double room with two 80cm beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, another double room with a 140 cm bed, a cozy double room with two 80cm beds, a bathroom with a bath and basin, a separate shower room with a shower and basin, a corridor, and a separate toilet. Directions
Take the A20 from Paris to Toulouse and take Exit 45 towards Tulle and Vigeois. Follow road D3 towards Vigeois and look for signs indicating the "Circuit de la Vallée de la Vézère." Continue on this road for approximately 8 km in the direction of Objat. Upon reaching the hamlet called "Les Fombiardes," take a right onto the road marked "Les Chaises Basses" after 500 m. The Gîte will be another 500 m ahead on the left.
