This village house is an ancient and independent property situated on the edge of a wooded area, offering a peaceful and secluded environment. The house features a charming enclosed garden of 600m², providing a serene outdoor space.There is ample parking available outside the house, as well as a private courtyard that is securely enclosed.
Inside, the house boasts a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also offers direct access to a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The living room spans 30m² and features a cozy wood stove, two single beds, a TV, and WIFI access.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm) for a restful night's sleep.
The house also includes a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as storage space.
Within 1km, there is a delightful local hostel where you can enjoy delicious regional specialties.
If desired, there is an option for end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee (40€).
Bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
The tourist tax is included in the rental price.

To get to the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
After exiting the A31 motorway at NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, head towards the "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany on the D25 road. Next, continue on the D35 road towards Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany. Keep going straight until you reach a point where you need to turn left towards MESSANGES. Continue straight ahead, and you will find the house on your left at number 20 rue vineyards, after a few miles.
