- FROHAN Room:Facing east, this single-level room offers a picturesque view of the lake. It features a double bed for two people and an additional single bed. You will also have a private lounge area with a comfortable sofa, table, and chairs.
- JULLOU Room:
Located on the south side, the JULLOU room offers a charming view of a private courtyard. With its own entrance on the ground floor, it is equipped with a double bed for two people. Additionally, you will have a private lounge area and access to a garden.
Enjoy our delicious breakfast served either in our elegant dining room or on the terrace, which offers a delightful view of the lake.

Directions to Roézé The Hague-sur-Sarthe:
To reach Roézé sur Sarthe, which is located 15 kilometers southwest of Le Mans, use the following directions:
1. If you are coming from Paris, Rennes, Nantes, or Tours via the highway, take the south Mans exit towards Arnage and the circuit 24.
2. Proceed straight at the toll, and continue straight at two mini roundabouts.
3. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Suze, and make a right.
4. At the next roundabout, also go towards Suze, and make a right.
5. Look out for a restaurant on your left after a 100-meter stretch.
6. Take the first left onto Saint Roézé by Fraimbault (look for the green sign), and maintain a speed limit of 50 km/h.
7. After 1.3 kilometers, take the first left towards Fillé.
8. Then, take the first right when you see a sign for "the PressesThe Hague."
9. After driving for 400 meters, you will pass houses on your left. Continue for another 500 meters.
10. Once you pass the first gate, you will find the main entrance 70 meters further on the left side, at a 180° turn.
11. The GPS coordinates for the destination are: N 47 53 E 59 00 April 57'.
