Located near a charming town in Lot and Garonne, and in close proximity to the stunning Bonaguil castle, Florence and Eric invite you to their white stone property. They have created a beautiful 25 m2 studio, perfect for 2 people, equipped with all necessary amenities. The studio includes a comfortable 160x200 bed, a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m by 11m pool. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue available for use. The property also offers various recreational activities such as football and bocce. Set within a 2.3-hectare park, guests can also encounter adorable pygmy goats and explore the orchard for fresh fruit. Parking and a carport are provided, and there is a garden to relax in. Well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions which can be discussed during the booking process.

Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. For guests with infants, a cot and high chair are available. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron on-site. If there is anything else you may need, please do not hesitate to ask as Florence and Eric are at your disposal.

Meals and breakfast can be provided upon request.

Weekend rates are as follows:
- 1 night: 60 euros
- 2 nights: 110 euros
- 3 nights: 160 euros
- Other rates available upon request

During very high season, the rate is 340 euros, high season is 280 euros, mid season is 250 euros, and low season is 300 euros. An additional 30 euro fee applies for pets, and there is a supplement for heating in winter between November 1 and March 1.

On-site, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby town of Fumel, there is a communal pool, shops, restaurants, a toy library, library, horse riding, rowing, canoeing, and various other amenities. Within a 30km radius, there are castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums to explore.
