Additional amenities include a shower room and a separate WC.Ascending a ladder, guests will find a charming 30m2 bedroom upstairs, complete with a comfortable double bed. Outside, a gravelled terrace awaits, adorned with stylish garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. The surrounding garden boasts lush trees and ample parking space. For added convenience, a separate annex houses a washing machine. Guests are invited to enjoy the refreshing swimming pool, measuring 10x5, which is shared with the owners. The owners reside in a separate house with a distinct entrance, ensuring privacy. Regrettably, no animals are allowed on the premises.
