Located on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne, just 15 km from Agen, you will find the charming hamlet of Gil. Overlooking the Valley of the mass, this site offers a serene and picturesque setting. Nestled on an expansive 8-hectare property, surrounded by lush green meadows and rolling landscapes, is a delightful bed and breakfast. Housed within a historic building dating back to the sixteenth century, the MYOSOTIS House is situated on the ground floor and offers a comfortable 25 m² space. It features a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a shower with toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, you will find the cozy Red rooms, which include a 140 cm bed, two single beds (90 cm each), a wardrobe, and a shower with WC.During your stay, you can enjoy the various amenities available on-site, such as the 50 m² outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet our friendly Angora goats, who produce the famous mohair, as well as our lovable donkeys. If needed, we can arrange for a babysitter upon request.
There are also plenty of exciting attractions to explore in the surrounding area. Take a leisurely stroll through the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away, and admire its XI century church. For shopping needs, the village of Port St. Mary is only 5 km from the hamlet. Discover the exotic greenhouse in Colayrac, just 7 km away. We also recommend visiting the nearby towns of Buzet and Vianne, known for their wine and glass production respectively. Don't miss out on the night market in Vianne! Your cottage is situated on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, overlooking the Valley of the mass in the charming hamlet of Gil. Set on an expansive 8-hectare property filled with lush green meadows and rolling hills, this cottage is housed in a historic building dating back to the sixteenth century. While it is connected to the owners' house, it offers complete privacy and seclusion.The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with three spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom features two 90 cm beds and convenient storage, while the second bedroom also offers two 90 cm beds and practical amenities. The third bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed and a cupboard. A well-appointed shower room with a WC is also located on this level.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining area measuring 25.5 m². Furnished with a rustic sofa bed that can sleep two, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a farmhouse table with four chairs, and a bench, this space opens onto a terrace with a barbecue and a garden. The terrace faces south-west, offering picturesque views of the meadows and groves.
The cottage also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen spanning 18 m². It includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other essential appliances. A separate WC with a sink is conveniently located on the ground floor as well.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore the property and meet our Angora goats, known for producing the famous mohair, and our friendly donkeys. We can also arrange for babysitting services upon request.

Starting from Agen, take the N113 road heading towards Bordeaux. After passing Lapoulaille, make a right turn and then go left towards St. Medard for approximately 100 meters. When you reach the end of the road, turn left again towards Clermont Dessous. After traveling 100 meters, make a right turn onto a road called "The Gil." Keep going until you reach the last house along the way.
