Welcome to Pognandière, a charming gite located in the heart of the beautiful Normandy region, in the Orne department. This comfortable and cozy 18th-century half-timbered house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Step inside and you'll find a welcoming living room with a traditional Norman fireplace, exposed beams, and tiled floors. The room is equipped with a TV, TNT, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a cellar with a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90cm beds and the option to add an additional 90cm bed if needed. There is also a second bedroom with a comfortable 140cm bed. The modern bathroom features a hydromassage shower and toilet.

This typical Normandy house boasts charming half-timbered walls, exposed beams, beautiful tiled and parquet flooring. Outside, you'll have access to a private garden and parking space.
