Situated in the heart of Strasbourg, just a stone's throw away from historic landmarks and Christmas markets, this unique 55 m2 two-room apartment on the second floor of an 18th-century building offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Featuring spacious and luminous rooms with exposed beams, this apartment can accommodate up to five guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. It seamlessly connects to the living room, which features a double sofa bed, a coffee table, storage furniture, and a TV monitor. The courtyard-facing bedroom boasts a 140 bed, a large wardrobe, and a baby cot. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a storage cabinet, and towels. The toilet is separate.

Available for the winter season from November 26th to January 8th, 2012, the nightly rate is €160, with a minimum two-night stay priced at €300. Weekend stays from Friday to Sunday (check-in at 2 pm, check-out at 11 am) are also priced at €300. For a week-long stay from Monday to Friday (check-in at 2 pm, check-out at 11 am), the rate is €500, inclusive of charges, taxes, departure cleaning fee, and linen.

Payment terms include a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon key collection. A €300 deposit is also required. Accepted methods of payment include cash, bank checks, postal checks, postal or bank transfer, and international money.
