Large seaside villa located in St Aubin sur Mer, offering easy access to the stunning sandy beach of the Alabaster Coast, just 200 meters away. This villa is approved by Gîtes de France with a 3-ear rating and can accommodate up to 17 people. With a spacious living area of 175m² and set on a well-maintained 1500m² plot of land, this property offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

The villa features a small tarred closed court with comfortable outdoor furniture, a fixed outside barbecue, and a ping pong table for some fun outdoor activities. There is also a lockable shed available to store bicycles securely. Inside, you will find a small bedroom with one single bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds stacked on top of each other, complete with toys, society games, and disguises for the little ones to enjoy. This bedroom also has a washbasin for convenience.

On the ground floor, there is a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room, spanning 47m², offers a breathtaking view of the sea through 10 large windows. It is furnished with a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The first and second floors consist of five bedrooms, offering a total of four double beds, nine single beds, and three cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are also two bathrooms and two separate toilets available for guests' convenience. The villa is equipped with central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. Additionally, it provides all necessary amenities for babies.

For an additional fee, guests can rent bed sheets for 6 euros per pair, and there is also a cleaning supplement of 60 euros. Every morning, fresh fish can be purchased directly from the fishermen's boats. Nearby, in Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux, guests will find a wide range of shopping options, as well as a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital. The beach resort of Dieppe is also just 25 minutes away by car.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to many beautiful floral parks, such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur Mer. There are also numerous castles and stately homes to explore in the area. If you enjoy walking, there are plenty of trekking paths along the shoreline or through the countryside, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the picturesque surroundings.

Directions

From Paris, travel 200km towards Rouen. Take the Barentin A15 direction until you reach Pavilly. Then, follow D142 towards Limésy/Yerville. Once you reach Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Continue on this road until you pass Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger. Then, take D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. When you reach the Dun Borough, make a right turn towards St Aubin. Look for "the Saltworks" and turn left onto D75 towards St Aubin. Follow the road and then take the street leading to "the beach". The entry point will be on your left, after the series of letter-boxes used by postal and telecommunications authorities.

If you are coming from Rouen, head towards Dieppe. Once you reach St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville. From there, take D54 towards Ouville the river, then continue on D925 towards Bourg Dun. Finally, take D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
