Renovated cottage with superior environmental standards and a focus on sustainability, featuring all-wood construction both inside and out. This cozy and comfortable cottage is perfect for 2 to 4 people.

The interior boasts a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and crockery for 4 people. Additionally, there is a convertible sofa, a TV, a bedroom with a luxurious 160X200 bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom that meets PMR standards. The bathroom includes a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Guests will also find an iron and ironing board, a dryer, a broom, and a vacuum cleaner for their convenience.

Bed linen is provided, and towels can be rented for a small fee (10 for a pack of 2 people). Outside, there is a wooden terrace, a lawn, and private parking, ensuring complete independence for guests.

Situated in the peaceful area of Lecelles, in the North of France, this cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside while still being conveniently close to shops and local producers. The famous thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux are just a 7-minute drive away, and the cities of Valenciennes and Lille can be reached in 20 and 40 minutes, respectively. The Belgian border is also a short 500m distance, and the charming city of Tournai is only 20 minutes away. Guests will have easy access to entertainment options such as the Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and various restaurants.

The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who can enjoy walks or bike rides in the picturesque surroundings. Please note, this cottage is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

Prices for the cottage are as follows: 350 per week, 600 for 2 weeks, 750 for 3 weeks, and 900 for a month-long stay. There is no tourist tax, and a mandatory cleaning fee of 30 is applied.
