Here is a revised description for you:Welcome to our charming lodging, a beautifully restored barn that can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests.
The ground floor features a spacious courtyard hall, perfect for gatherings and events. Additionally, we have a games room with table football and ping pong, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. A bathroom is also available on this floor.
Moving up to the first floor, you'll find a delightful common room spanning 80m2. This area includes a dining space and a cozy lounge area with a TV, DVD player, stereo, and a library for your entertainment. The highlight of this room is a magnificent central fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen is also found on this floor, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and more.
As for the sleeping arrangements, the first floor boasts four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms specially designed for disabled individuals. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom, while the third bedroom has its own shower room.
Outside, you'll find beautifully landscaped grounds, ample parking space, and a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

Directions
To reach the cottage in Aveyron, a town near Espalion, simply follow the signs for sports. Continue along the road that runs parallel to the river for approximately 2 kilometers. You will find the cottage on your left-hand side.
