The house is situated in a 1.6-hectare park, overlooking vineyards and a forest. Enjoy wild parties with our tennis courts, petanque, and ping-pong table. Relaxation is our top priority, with a pool, sauna, and small gym available for your use.Explore our three bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms, which have been tastefully renovated to combine elegance, comfort, and the original style of the 19th-century house. During the summer, we host barbecues and plancha parties in the courtyard. In the winter, cozy up by the fireplaces in the living room and dining room.
Wine enthusiasts will be thrilled by the opportunity to taste Cognac, Pineaux, and Grands Crus Bordelais from the nearby vineyards. History enthusiasts can discover the medieval towns, picturesque villages, and stunning 11th and 12th-century castles and churches that surround us. For the more active guests, there are equestrian rides, golf courses, and thermal baths nearby, ensuring there is something for everyone.

Pouillac can be found at a distance of 15 km from Montendre, 60 km from Angoulême, and 66 km from Bordeaux.
- If you are traveling from Bordeaux, head towards Angoulême on the A10 motorway towards Paris. Take exit 39B (Angoulême) and continue on RN 10. Stay on this road until you reach the Pouillac exit. The house is located at the entrance of the village on the left side of the road, just 50 m before the grocery store.
- If you are coming from Paris, exit the A10 at Poitiers-Sud and take the RN10 towards Angoulême. When you reach Pouillac, take the exit and you will find the house at the entrance of the village on the left side of the road, 50 m before the grocery store.
- For those traveling from the west, take exit 37 of the A10 (Mirambeau). Follow the D730 towards Montendre and Montlieu-La-Garde. From Montlieu-La-Garde, turn left towards Pouillac on the D910. You will find the house 50m after the grocery store on the right side of the road.
