On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a stone basin, washing machine, and WC. The spacious kitchen has a charming "spirit mountain" vibe and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hood, induction hob, fondue set, stone grill, squeegee, and a cozy sitting area.

Moving upstairs via a staircase, you will discover a generously sized lounge area that combines elements of both mountain and industrial design. This inviting space features a TV with a DVD player, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a stylish decorative fireplace.

The property also includes a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90x190). Additionally, there is a mezzanine room accessed by a staircase that accommodates two people (160x190). A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet completes the upstairs area.

All three bedrooms offer a private terrace that overlooks a tranquil stream. These terraces are fully equipped with a table and chairs, barbecue facilities, and sun loungers. Please note that access to the stream area is under the supervision of parents.
