Our small house is located on a 3-hectare plot of land near the forest. It has been beautifully decorated and recently renovated using ecological materials. The house features 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen/bar, and a bathroom/toilet, all of which are exclusively for our guests.Situated 30 meters away from the owners' house, our property offers a peaceful and serene environment, far away from any noise or pollution. It is the perfect place to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. Guests have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area by taking walks, cycling, or even horseback riding. Additionally, there are nearby villages to visit, such as the prehistorical caves of Saulges, the basilica of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. For those interested in horses, there are several stud farms in close proximity.
For guests traveling by train, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from Evron SNCF train station.
The price of your stay includes household textiles and a delicious French breakfast complete with fresh fruit juice. Our rates are as follows:
