Welcome to Le Clos du Roaliguen, a charming detached house located less than 200m away from the beautiful beach in Morbihan, Brittany.On the ground floor, you will find the main room which includes a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, electric coffee machine, and a steam-cooker. There is also everything you need to cook and eat, with a basic food reserve provided upon arrival. The lounge area features two comfortable double settees, a flat-screen TV, and free Internet access through wifi. Additionally, there is a shower room with a thermostatic tap, toilets, and a bathroom sink. For your convenience, there is a cellar housing a washing machine and a barbecue set that can be used on the terrace.
Upstairs, the house offers a parents' room with a double bed (140 cm wide) complete with bedsides, a table, a chair, and a fitted cabinet with shelves. The children's room consists of two single beds (80 cm wide) with bedsides and fitted shelves. There is also a bathroom with a bath, toilets, and a bathroom sink.
Outside, you can enjoy the two terraces - one in front of the house and another on the west side, both equipped with a small garden, table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. For your convenience, there is a private parking place available in front of the house.

Directions
Once you are outside of Vannes, follow the directions towards Sarzeau or Le Crouesty. As you approach Sarzeau, you will come across a roundabout. At this roundabout, locate "Le Roaliguen" on the left side.
