Located in the peaceful and green residential area of Parc des Chevreaux, this F3 residence offers a beautiful living space on the first floor of the house. The independent floor spans 42 m2 and consists of two rooms.The bedrooms are well-appointed, with one double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a dresser/cupboard, a clothes rack/shelves, and a television. We provide sheets and towels, and Wi-Fi is included.
The common areas for both bedrooms include a spacious and inviting living room, complete with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV stand, TV, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a dining table for four people, a large fridge, and a washing machine.
The shower room features a washbasin cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, window, and toilet (with a window).
Outside, you have access to a beautiful and enclosed 300m2 garden, perfect for meals, relaxation, and outdoor activities. There are also deckchairs and a ping pong table for your enjoyment. Parking is available right in front of the house.
The residence is conveniently located near various amenities. The Corbeil station is only 10 minutes away by bus or Tzen, while the Lieusaint station is 15 minutes away. The nearby ZA "The Ringale Point" offers food shops, restaurants, a tea room, and a sports hall. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Saint Germain Golf course.
