The house can be found at the village of Garennes sur Eure, right at its exit. It is conveniently situated just an hour away from Paris, the cathedral of Chartres, or Rouen. Additionally, it is only a short 7-minute drive from the Golf of the Chaussée d'Ivry and a mere 8 minutes away from the magnificent castle of Anet.
